It might be good but it is hard to find apparently judging by
what I found online. Just search on the title. Not sure if it was
released in the USA but it might have been a casualty of the economic
downturn.

I just checked at Amazon US and Amazon Canada and it is readily available on disc at both places, as well as from "Amazon Video" in the US (which I assume is an Amazon download service since it says for "rent" or for "purchase".
