Will there be more episodes?

I follow some series on Crunchyroll and would like to know if they will
have more episodes
Classroom of the Elite
With my Smartphone in another World (title???)
Natsume (whatever the current season # was - sorry)
Gamers

What's the deal with Bride of the Ancient Magus (title???)? It looks
like there is a movie version, but CR also had two three? episodes for
viewing as it it were going to be a series.

Also wrt CR, CR seems to be expanding the number of series it offers, but
I have the impression that the "new" titles are actually series produced
at various years since 2000 through 2015. Is this a common practice?

Thanks

You are talking about "Mahou Tsukai no Yome"?

There is an ova of three episodes. That is what has been already
released since August, 2016. The name is "Mahou Tsukai no Yome: Hoshi
Matsu Hito".

This prequel will be followed by a serie of 24 episodes, which will
very likely start October this year.

Thanks. Seems like series usually have 12, 13 or 26 episodes, and I'm
really watching the CR web site to figure out if a series has reached
the end of its season or is going to continue for awhile longer and am
still 100% sure that I'm caught up.

I'm looking forward to watching "Mahou Tsukai no Yome" aka "The
Ancient Magus` Bride" once it gets released, presumably on CR.

A year has 52 weeks, and a season is a quarter of that. A series lasts
one or two seasons. That leads to 12 or 13 and 24 to 26 episodes.

There are exceptions, but they are rare. On Video Only (OVA) series
don't go with that rule.

In *MY* day there were TWO TV seasons and series had 26 episodes per
season, and you watched them when they were on or you wouldn't see them
ever unless you were lucky enough to catch them on a rerun someday!

Oh, and one-hour episodes actually had almost an hour of content in them!

In "My Day" you had to listen to the radio every day or
miss an episode. To see an animated cartoon you had to find
the money to get a ticket to the movies.
And as far as I know the Japanese were not having TV
in My Day but when they got it they did not want to waste 26
weeks a year so they ended up with the present arrangement
of 4 seasons per year.
And some shows like "Yawara, a fashionable Judo girl!
ran for two years or more with longer animated movie(s) to
follow. Maison Ikkoku ran to 96 episodes. Urusei Yatsura
195 episodes and then the movies.
Oh, and one-hour episodes actually had almost an hour of content in
them!
Oh sure they did, In "YOUR DAY"!
In "My Day" the Public Libraries had no Manga or Graphic novels.
Well to be fair the Japanese had manga in their newspapers and we had
comics in ours. Strangely not all the comics were funny, some or most
were intended for adult entertainment. How could that be you say?
Very simple absence of Television. TV killed vaudeville though movies
had dealt a mortal blow but here 60 years later we can see the
Internet and TV have wiped out a large part of print journalism
and comics were early victims being cut to save money. Papers
were a nickle or a dime when I was young and now in SF a single
issue of the Chronicle is $1.65 and it is thin though 2 page
of comics remain here but at x 33 the original price for a thin
little paper.

bliss-Oh for a thrilling return to the "Days of Yesteryear".

Useful to know. I live in the U.S., so I'm used to thinking of a TV
season as being from Sept-May and give or take 22 episodes with a
mid-season break starting around the Christmas holiday season.
